WireGuard Core Architecture
Anycast Accelerator has built a new routing engine based on the WireGuard protocol. WireGuard achieves complete accelerator functionality with about 4,000 lines of code, compared to traditional IPsec, which requires over 600,000 lines. The streamlined code means a smaller attack surface, lower latency, and higher throughput. In our internal tests, the handshake speed of the WireGuard protocol is three times faster than IKEv2 and eight times faster than IPsec.
Noise Protocol Framework Encryption
Anycast Accelerator's implementation of WireGuard employs the Noise protocol framework for key exchange, using Curve25519 for ECDH key negotiation, ChaCha20-Poly1305 for symmetric encryption, and BLAKE2s for hashing. This combination of cryptographic primitives has been widely validated in academia and industry, providing forward-looking security against quantum computing attacks.
Smart Protocol Switching
In certain network environments, WireGuard's UDP traffic may be restricted. Anycast Accelerator has a built-in Smart Protocol Switching feature that automatically detects network conditions and seamlessly switches between WireGuard, IKEv2, and our proprietary obfuscation protocol, ensuring stable connections in any environment. The entire switching process is completed within 500 milliseconds, making it nearly imperceptible to users.
Multi-Hop and split routing
Anycast Accelerator supports multi-hop connections, allowing data to be relayed through two or more acceleration servers for users who need an extra layer of anonymity. Meanwhile, the split routing feature allows you to choose which applications go through the accelerator and which connect directly to the local network, achieving the optimal balance of performance and security.
AES-256-GCM Encryption Standard
Anycast Accelerator employs the AES-256-GCM encryption mode to encrypt all transmitted data. AES-256 is the encryption standard approved by the NSA for protecting 'top-secret' information. Even with the most powerful supercomputers, brute-forcing the encryption would take billions of years. A unique session key is generated for each connection, ensuring forward secrecy.
DNS Leak Protection
Anycast Accelerator operates its own cluster of private DNS servers, ensuring all DNS queries are resolved through encrypted connections, eliminating the risk of DNS leakage. We also include WebRTC leak protection and IPv6 leak protection, guaranteeing that your real IP address is not exposed under any circumstances. You can verify your protection status at any time using the built-in leak test tool.
Kill Switch
Anycast Accelerator's Kill Switch feature immediately cuts off all internet traffic in the event of an unexpected accelerator disconnection, preventing any data from being leaked in an unencrypted state. The feature supports both system-level and application-level modes: system-level protects all traffic, while application-level only protects specified applications, giving users maximum flexibility.
RAM-Only Pure Memory Servers
Anycast Accelerator's more than 3000 servers all run in pure RAM mode. This means there are no hard drives on the servers, and all data is processed solely in memory. Each server reboots and completely clears all data. Even if a server is physically seized, no user data can be extracted. This represents the highest level of data protection standards in the industry.
4K Ultra HD Streaming Support
Anycast Accelerator's high-speed nodes are specifically optimized to reliably support the transmission needs of 4K ultra-high-definition (2160p) video streams.
